At StyleNest, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option to make your shopping experience simple and secure.
Availability of COD
COD is available on select products and serviceable pin codes across India. Availability may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and order value. If COD is not available for your address, the option will not appear at checkout.
Order Confirmation
All COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch. Our team may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify your order details. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically to ensure smooth operations.
Payment at Delivery
For COD orders, full payment must be made in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. Please ensure you keep the exact amount ready, as delivery agents may not always carry change.
Order Limits & Restrictions
COD may be subject to minimum and maximum order value limits. Certain high-value, customised, or promotional products may not be eligible for COD. StyleNest reserves the right to restrict COD for specific orders or customers based on past order history.
Refusal & Non-Acceptance of COD Orders
Refusal to accept a COD order at the time of delivery without valid reason may result in future COD restrictions for your account or address. Repeated non-acceptance may lead to permanent disabling of COD for future purchases.
Returns & Refunds on COD Orders
For approved returns on COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit within [7–8 BUSINESS DAYS] after the returned product is received and inspected. Please ensure you share correct bank or UPI details with our support team.
Failed or Undelivered COD Orders
If a COD order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or repeated delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically. Any re-shipping may attract additional shipping charges.
