At StyleNest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with complete confidence, knowing that we are here to support you if something doesn’t go as expected.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Return Timeframe

All return requests must be raised within [5–7 days] from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at gupta.business03@gmail.com with your order number and product details. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, return shipping will be covered by StyleNest.
For returns due to personal preference (size, color, change of mind, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
